From a night market stall to a physical brick and mortar cafe situated on Riccarton Road, Christchurch. We started out for fun at Bush Inn night market, selling out our famous ‘bành mì’ on our first night with a huge turnout of success. Week after week, our loyal customers asked if we had a  permanent store. They have really manifested the idea into reality. Before we knew it, we worked endlessly to cultivate our brand into something we wanted to share with our community.
